If your family enjoys country living, including raising and caring for animals and other outdoor ranch activities, Peyton is an excellent choice. Peyton is also home to Homestead Ranch Regional Park. This 450-acre park has diverse topography ranging from rolling, open meadows to tree-covered bluffs running the length of the park. Deer, coyotes, foxes, fish and more than 35 types of waterfowl and birds can be seen at the natural spring-fed pond and creek in the center of the park. Families can enjoy the playground, picnic pavilions and playfield. Three miles of equestrian trails also run through Homestead Ranch Regional Park.

Peyton is a rural community and the nearest services are located to the southwest in Falcon.
