Banning Lewis Ranch is a naturally scenic community with dramatic mountain views.  Located on the north side of Marksheffel near Woodmen Road, you will find it to be convenient to shopping and grocery stores .

A Thoughtfully Planned Community

With its beginnings in 2007, this attractive community reflects the heritage of Colorado Springs.  Most appealing is its eclectic mix of authentic architectural styles.  In fact, the master plan calls for several unique villages throughout Banning Lewis Ranch.

You will find that each village not only features their own home designs, they also boast playgrounds, parks, and trails.  And these beautiful homes range from the affordably low $200s to $500s.

Ranch House

Come get together with friends and neighbors at the Ranch House.  A more inviting community recreation center would be hard to find.   And for those folks who like to keep physically fit, the Ranch House hosts an upscale fitness room with all kinds of equipment and machines.  Furthermore, for the tennis buff, there are a number of well kept tennis courts.

Additionally, most anyone would find the Jr. Olympic indoor/outdoor swimming pool an amazing amenity.  Also, Vista Water Park is an attraction kids just can't resist!

Banning Lewis Ranch hosts an incredible concert series that runs every other Thursday, June - August!  What a lovely situation to hang out with friends and neighbors.

Schools

Included within Banning Lewis Ranch is a public K-8 charter school known as Banning Lewis Ranch Academy.

Additionally, there are 3 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and 3 high schools all geographically located in District 49.
